Our minimum commitment is 30 tonnes a year. That's 150 pallets, or around 40,000 bags of 800g Jumbo marshmallows.

We specialise in high-pressure extruded marshmallows that are incredibly light, fluffy, and air-filled. We can adjust density to achieve different textures and suit various applications. Our capabilities include:

• Standard marshmallow sizes range from 10 mm ±4 mm to 40 mm ±4 mm. If you’re after something larger, we’re open to exploring custom options. Additional equipment may be required, so let’s chat about what’s possible.

Yes! We have a dedicated team and a fully equipped research and test kitchen to support your product development. We can work with your existing recipe or create a new one tailored to your needs, ensuring the perfect texture, flavour, and format for your brand.

Production lead times vary depending on the complexity of your product and our current manufacturing schedule. As a general guide, you should allow at least 90 days from finalising your recipe and packaging to the first production run. For completely new formulations or custom shapes, additional development time may be required.

Yes! We currently produce seasonal products for leading supermarkets and can help bring your limited-edition ideas to life. Seasonal runs need to be part of your 30-tonne annual minimum, but we can work with you to plan production around your key selling periods.

Yes! Our high-speed packing machines can handle a variety of pack sizes to suit your needs. We can also assist with packaging design and production through our trusted partners, ensuring your product looks as good as it tastes.

We provide efficient dispatch and logistics support, ensuring a smooth transition from our factory to your distribution network. While we don’t offer long-term storage, our warehouse is equipped to manage stock movement quickly and efficiently. With a dedicated team, our own delivery truck, and established partnerships with major transport providers, we can integrate seamlessly into national distribution systems.

The SoSoft Marshmallow Co. is SQF certified. We also hold HACCP certification from a third-party assessor, ensuring our operations meet the highest food safety and quality standards.

Our marshmallows are naturally gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy-free, making them suitable for many dietary needs. While we don’t currently offer gelatin-free or sugar-free options, we’re always exploring new formulations and will update our capabilities as our plant evolves.
