Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

  • Standard shipping $9.99 on all orders under $50.
  • Express post is $12.99 on all orders.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order on its way as soon as possible.

Shipping Carrier & Tracking

  • We use Australia Post for standard deliveries within Australia.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

  • Australia Post delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather or peak season demand.
